PROFESSIONAL REFERRALS
Support in Healing
I can support your clients who need help with nervous system or breathing behaviour training to compliment your treatment plan for improved outcomes.
When clients engage with somatic and breathing behaviour work, they can arrive to your appointments more self-regulated and prepared to get the most from your sessions and improve resilience in their everyday lives. While my practice is supportive, I don’t provide medical diagnoses or prescribe treatments. My scope of practice includes increasing autonomic regulation through nervous system literacy, skill development, improved interoception, and elimination of dysfunctional breathing habits that are contributing to their symptoms. Sessions are provided via secure virtual meetings or private in-person sessions at my office.

How I can support your clients.

Lead with the body.
SOMATICS:
Body-Based, Nervous System Regulation
Do you have a client struggling to find safety within their own body and their environment and spend too much time and energy treating symptoms of chronic stress? Using trauma-informed sequencing of body and breath-based practices grounded in neuroscience, clients increase their ability to self-regulate and build capacity and improved agency.

Lead with breath.
FUNCTIONAL BREATHING:
Behaviour Analysis
and Retraining
Has your client’s breathing habituated to manage stress, pain, and expectations and find they are hitting a plateau and need a complementary approach? Supported by measurable data and developing self-awareness, this natural, body-based solution can be the key to unlocking optimal breathing for improved capacity, performance, and wellbeing.
