A unique and effective somatic approach to nervous system wellness.
My approach to healing is grounded in creating a compassionate safe space for clients to gain self awareness and allow for curiosity within structure. While I use foundational somatic, body and breath-based methods with all my clients, I approach every journey a little differently depending on goals and needs.

Have you noticed your breath changes when dealing with stress, pain and expectations? Are you tired of managing symptoms? Supported by measurable data and your developing self-awareness, this natural, breath-based solution can be the key to unlocking optimal breathing for improved capacity, performance, and wellbeing.
My Process
Healing through new experiences.
While the process may vary somewhat for every client, the work is about developing self-awareness with compassionate curiosity and repatterning over time. I provide containers of support with flexible payment plans thoughtfully recommended after your initial assessment.
Step 1:
New Client Assessment
Your first 90-minute intake session allows us to review medical history, and your current symptoms and goals. Together we will conduct a breathing behaviour analysis and identify your unique nervous system tendencies. After our first session, you will come away with an understanding of your nervous system, customized home practices, and a new sense of validation, personal insight, and optimism for the future.
Step 2:
Follow-up
An essential next step is to follow up within 10-14 days, where we identify what's working, fine tune body-based tools, continued nervous system education, breath training, and further customization for your healing journey.
Step 3:
Personal Learning Plan
If you are looking for meaningful long-lasting change over time, consistent sessions will be recommended. Customized learning sessions to repattern your nervous system may include:
