Step 1: Intake

Your 90-minute Intake Session includes;

  • Review of medical history, current symptoms, and goals

  • Customized, body-based practices to regulate   

  • Breathing behaviour analysis 

  • Personalized Nervous System Education

 

New clients walk away with; 

  • A sense of validation, personal insight, and optimism 

  • Customized home practices to increase self-awareness and start increasing their capacity. 

  • A detailed follow up email with reminders.

Step 2: Follow-up

A follow up session is recommended within 10-14 days, where we; 

  • Identify what's working

  • Fine tune body-based tools

  • Nervous system education

  • Breath training 

  • Co-create a plan to move forward. 

Therapy Session Discussion

Her holistic approach is what was missing in my life. She has helped me on my journey of healing from burnout in releasing and regulating my emotions through somatic movement, breathwork and nervous system coaching.
