Service Description
***For this service only*** ~Email joy@joysomatics.ca to arrange a FREE 15 minute consult to discuss equipment needs for the breathing behaviour assessment portion of this service. ~Equipment rental and shipping may be required at an additional cost. ~ Client needs access to laptop/desktop (Mac or PC to download specialized software) and use of zoom. Your 90 min session includes; ~ Review of medical history and symptoms ~ clarification of needs & goals ~breathing assessment (biometric device, nasal canula and specialized software) to measure C02 levels and related breathing behaviours ~ somatic inquiry And as appropriate; ~ nervous system education ~ body-based tools to tend to current symptoms Includes breathing behaviour assessment report, detailed follow up with reminders and recommendations. Cancellation Policy
Private Sessions: Please provide as much notice as possible so other clients can schedule themselves in. A 100% fee is applied for cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice.
