Service Description
Breathing practices are often recommended to manage symptoms of anxiety and panic. Yet many people feel confused, frustrated and disempowered when suggested practices don't work for them or only provide temporary relief. In this intimate and experiential workshop, we’ll redefine 'good breathing' and learn why breathing practices are not one-size-fits-all. Beyond 'diaphragm breathing', intervention tools and recovery practices, you'll gain knowledge, and personal insight into taking control for the long term. Space is limited to 12 participants. Participants who register by April 5 receive a $60 credit towards private breathing behaviour analysis at Joy Somatics.
