PRIVATE SESSIONS

Customized sessions are available for individuals, couples or groups in a private, confidential setting. Based on your unique needs, we can create any blend of yoga, Bodymind Ballwork, SomaSensing somatic movement and somatic inquiry. Individual sessions are also ideal for those with limited time availability, or for those with physical or emotional needs who would benefit with exclusive attention.
