Nervous System Education

Knowledge is Power

I provide simple, relatable nervous system education so you know WHY your body is reacting the way it is. 

My practice is shaped by: 

  • Neuroscience of nervous system repair 

  • The Polyvagal Theory 

  • Breathing Behaviour Science

  • Fascia Patterning & Somatic Movement 

  • Trauma-sensitive tools and sequencing

  • Ayurveda: The Science of Life 

  • My own experience recovering from depression, mania and burnout cycles. 

Body-Based, Trauma-Informed Sequencing

The right tools. The right timing.

 I guide you through evidence-based practices to restore your sense of safety in your world and in your body.

 

I provide a container and boundaries for you to tend to what's arising, cultivate curiosity, and expand your window of regulation.

As you develop your internal resources, with permission, we gradually explore more depths, where you can repattern your nervous system toward long-term resilience.

Biometric data to support learning and  track progress

A formal breathing behaviour assessment is included in your intake.

  • Your 'breathprint' holds the key to break  free of cycles of dysregulation

  • Stable oxygen delivery creates the environment for recovery.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV), an indicator of Vagus Nerve health, is measured periodically. 

Regular 'progress check-ins' guide learning plans that evolve with your evolving needs.
