Joy Somatics does not have access to or store your complete payment card details.

Our business email communications are managed through Wix and Gmail. Any personal information sent via email is stored and protected according to Wix and Google's security policies.

Appointment confirmation and reminders are sent via email and SMS, as indicated.

Intake forms sent via email are printed then deleted (typically within 72 hours of intake session). Please note that email communication is not always fully secure, and clients have the option to print and bring the intake form in person.

 

Monthly newsletter subscription is only provided to those who subscribe and you may unsubscribe at any time by selecting the ‘unsubscribe button’.

 

If you are a website member, you will receive emails pertaining to site members as indicated at time of site member sign up (i.e. blog subscription)
