ShameShift
Transforming shame through somatics & ceremony to make space for greater abundance.
Women's Fall Retreat
A weekend of connection, insight & embodiment with
Joy Onyschak & Natalie Reimer Anderson
October 20-22, 2023
Friday 7:00pm ~ Sunday 4:00pm
Kaleida, MB

Join us for an intimate weekend retreat designed to explore the connection between your stored shame stories, your nervous system, and your power to manifest.
Gain insight into the places where you feel stuck physically and mentally, and explore practices to both recognize and release these patterns.
Make supportive connections with other women who are working on this too.

It's Joy's pleasure to co-create this retreat with special guest, Spiritual Coach and Guide, Natalie Reimer Anderson, who shares her process of “Shame Shifting” to recognize and release the density of stored shame in our bodies and create space for greater manifestation with simple practices and tips including guiding you through a powerful cacao and fire circle ceremony to open your heart, release old patterns and make way for the new.
During this weekend, you will;

~ Learn the basics about your autonomic nervous system (Polyvagal Theory) and subtle body anatomy, specifically related to shame.
~Explore body-based practices to shift your state (somatic movement, breathwork and simple resourcing tools).
~Become more shame resilient and learn new ways to recognize and release stored shame stories from your mind and body.
~ Explore belief systems and your subconscious during Conscious Connected Breathwork Ceremony
~ Savor authentic connection through circle, nourishing food, and a hike in the majestic Pembina Valley in her Autumn expression.
~Experience a traditional cacao medicine ceremony for heart opening and deepened connection to self and others
~Celebrate and release with a fire ceremony to purge what no longer serves your best and highest
~ Find grounding calm within a spacious schedule and tranquil atmosphere of this prairie acreage
~ Release stress and bliss out in the quiet countryside, around the indoor wood stove and the outdoor wood sauna

"This was my first weekend retreat I’ve ever gone on so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I came back feeling so grateful and so much more connected to myself then I was when I arrived. It sort of blew my mind what a weekend away with the right people and experiences could do. It was exactly what I needed… and I am so thankful I chose to go. I received so much from the weekend, and am seeing and feeling the shifts in my life that are happening now after the “ work “ we did on ourselves. Thank you Joy and Natalie for pouring your hearts into this retreat and to all of the woman who showed up. Such a magical and heart expanding weekend. ~ Marla
