New Assessments are offered in St. Vital (Tues-Fri) and in Manitou, MB (Sat & Sundays) Your 90 min session includes; ~ medical history and review of symptoms ~ clarification of needs ~breathing assessments (somatic and biometric if in-person), ~ somatic inquiry And as appropriate; ~ nervous system education ~ body-based tools to tend to current symptoms Includes a detailed follow up with reminders and recommendations for future sessions. Note: Clients find this intake session tremendously helpful on its own with regards to validation and self awareness. However, multiple, consistent sessions are typically required to address root cause of symptoms, particularly with complex psychophysiological challenges.
