New Client Assessment In-Person

Service Description

WAITLIST for new clients at St. Vital location. Email joy@joysomatics.ca to be added. New Assessments are offered in St. Vital (Wed-Fri) and in Manitou, MB (Sundays) Your 90 min session includes; ~ medical history and review of symptoms (completed forms must be submitted to Joy 48 hr prior to session), ~ clarification of desired support ~breathing assessments (somatic and biometric if in-person), ~ somatic inquiry And as appropriate; ~ nervous system tutoring ~ body-based tools to tend to current symptoms ~ Includes a detailed follow up with recommendations for future sessions. Note: Clients find this intake session tremendously helpful on its own with regards to validation and self awareness. However, multiple, consistent sessions are typically required to address root cause of symptoms, particularly with complex psychophysiological challenges.

Cancellation Policy

Private Sessions: Please provide as much notice as possible so other clients can schedule themselves in. A $50 fee is applied if less than 24 hours notice is provided for cancellation or rescheduling.
