Service Description

Also available in-person (Tuesdays in St. Vital & Sundays in Manitou) Your 90 min session includes; ~ medical history and review of symptoms (completed forms must be submitted to Joy 48 hr prior to session), ~ clarification of desired support And as appropriate; ~ nervous system tutoring ~ exploration of body-based tools for self-regulation. ~ Includes a detailed follow up email. Note: Clients find this intake session tremendously helpful on its own and multiple consistent sessions are typically required to gain traction with complex challenges. This intake session informs the frequency for your sessions going forward.

Cancellation Policy

Private Sessions: Please provide as much notice as possible so other clients can schedule themselves in. A $50 fee is applied if less than 24 hours notice is provided for cancellation or rescheduling.
