What is a Self-Guided Retreat?

A self-guided retreat is exactly what you need it to be;
  • Time away from the go-go pace of your life
  • A chance to slow down, tune in, & reconnect
  • A container to practice holding space for yourself and reconnect to your own needs
  • A quiet space to focus on a project (art, writing etc)
  • Permission to simply rest & do less
  • A home base for exploring South-Central Manitoba
  • Perfect for artists, writers, caregivers, therapists, nature lovers, knowledge keepers, and stressed out professionals who need a place to land.

 I had a self-led retreat in December 2023. It was amazing! The yard is so peaceful and relaxing. The accommodations felt familiar, although I had never been there before.  The "salt of the earth" country feel was exactly what I needed, and the wood stove was the perfect end to my day. The great food was highlighted by amazing farm fresh eggs. I would strongly recommend staying here if you are looking for a self-led country retreat!! ~ Glenn Schroeder, True Listening
