  • Opening intention circle 

  • 30 min gentle, guided somatic movement to connect with your body with live music 

  • Intro to Sound Healing presentation

  • Lunch & time in nature (14 treed acres with walking paths)

  • 40 min Conscious Connected Breathwork with live Soundscape (including didgeridoo, flute, singing bowls)

  • Integration space

  • Tea & cookies, closing circle

Conscious Connected Breathwork & Sound have been used in ancient cultures as medicine for 'dis-ease' and to gain insight into life and our role within it.  This gathering is an opportunity to explore your inner landscape and shift your frequency.

 Precautions
~ Although facilitators are trauma-informed and trained in working with various conditions, group sessions are very powerful and NOT suitable for people experiencing psychological conditions such as PTSD, BPD or BD
~Group Breathwork sessions are NOT suitable for 2nd/3d trimester pregnancy or those with heart conditions, glaucoma or kidney disease. 
If this is you, contact Joy or Dana for individual sessions instead.

Dana Sawatzky

    Dana has been working with people and their bodies a an RMT for over 10 years. She has actively sought out education & certifications that support her clients on and off the massage table. She is a Labour and Delivery Massage Therapist, birth educator and certified Breathwork Facilitator.

    ​

    Dana supports participants uniquely through touch, spoken word and frequency medicine (using tuning forks) during breathwork journeys.

    Daniel Hollenberg

    As a long time jazz saxophone player, Daniel  began Sound Healing training in 2010 with practitioners in Toronto. He integrates  Australian didgeridoo, Tibetan singing bowls, Indigenous flute and drum, and nature sounds into unique, therapeutic soundscapes.

    ​

      'Over the past 15 years, sound has increasingly become more important in my life as an aspect of transformational healing. I find these soundscapes important for promoting health and wellness, such as increased relaxation, enhanced immunity, elevated mood, and reducing the effects of long-term stress on the mind and body.'  ~Daniel

    Joy is a Somatic Practitioner, Circle Way Host and Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator. She has 400-hr Numa Breathwork facilitation training, (including advanced training working with trauma sensitivities),

     

    She specializes in helping people restore their nervous systems and has over 13 years experience leading groups and individuals back home to themselves.

     

    She primarily offers her services in 1:1 settings (Winnipeg & Manitou) and co-hosts intimate retreats and breathwork events.
