Service Description

Note: This small group course will be offered again in mid-late September - register for my newsletter to be the first to know. Over 4 weeks, develop your 'nervous system self awareness' through theory and practice. Learn to regulate yourself with intentional, mindful movement, breathwork and other practical tools. Experience mindfulness in motion, turn stiffness into suppleness, and find calm. Live July 6 - 27 Wednesdays 1-2 CST on Zoom What you get; -1 weekly live, 60 min class -Weekly theory video (15-20 min) and home practice to learn about and regulate your nervous system. -Access to all recordings -Access to a library of various mindful movement practices (yoga, somatic movement & bodymind ballwork) -Optional bi-weekly group integration and coaching call (Thursdays 1-2 CST) July 14 & 28 What you need to participate: -No special equipment or prior experience is required. - Access to zoom and couple meters to practice in. --An uninterrupted hour for live class and approx 20 min for theory video. -Your curiosity and willingness to slow down and try something new. Space is limited to 12 to support small group learning and community building so don't delay if interested in joining.
