Note: This booking is for the IN-PERSON version at St. Vital Home studio (outdoors weather permitting). If you wish to participate online, please register for that service as this one has limited seating. Over 4 weeks, develop your 'nervous system self awareness' through theory and practice. Learn to regulate yourself with intentional, mindful movement, breathwork and other practical tools. Experience mindfulness in motion, turn stiffness into suppleness, and find calm. July 5 - 26 Tuesday evenings, South St. Vital 730-830 pm (backyard, in home studio if rain or too buggy) What you get; -1 weekly live, in-person class (max 10 participants to support small group learning) -Weekly theory video (15-20 min) and home practices. -Access to all recordings - Access to a library of various mindful movement practices (yoga, somatic movement & bodymind ballwork) -Optional bi-weekly group integration and coaching call (Thursdays 1-2 CST) July 14 & 28 What you need to participate: -No special equipment or prior experience is required. - Bring a blanket for outdoor use. - 1 hour for class and approx 20 min for the theory videos. - Your curiosity and willingness to slow down and try something new. In-person space limited to 10.
