Service Description

Revitalize your tissues, soothe your nervous system and re-discover youthful suppleness and wholeness. Is stress showing up in your body? Tied up in knots with tension, stiffness, and digestion problems? Chronic pain that you just can't seem to figure out? Trouble sleeping? Trouble slowing down or getting going? Lots of ups and downs with emotions and energy? Need a little guidance to set things in the right direction? Learn how to unwind and release stored tension, access your inner calm, and bounce back with a private movement session that combines all the good stuff - somatic movement, bodymind ballwork and yoga. Based on your unique needs, this guided movement practice places your body (nervous system and fascia) at the heart of wellness. This session stands alone or serves as an exploratory session to 'feel' out if this practice and ongoing somatic movement coaching (or community course) is the right fit for you. Note: This is a trauma informed practice, however if you are experiencing a complex condition (i.e. Parkinson's, PTSD), you will need multiple, regular sessions to experience sustainable benefits. Coaching packages are available.
