Service Description

Needing more resiliency, softness & calm in your body-mind? This practice can help you; - Regulate your nervous system and find more calm - Improve your ability to 'bounce back' and find more resiliency physically and mentally - Stay curious about your body and how you move - Gain integrated strength, improved range of motion - Improve your balance - Reduce pain and inflammation - Practice being in the moment. - Help you tune into your own needs -Connect with a curious movement community No equipment required. Practice includes standing, lying, sittting and kneeling (and can be modified as needed so suit your body's needs). Expect 45 min. guided movement, and 15 min optional community check in to support integration and group learning. Classes are recorded in case you miss your live class. Participants get access to a library of recorded somatic classes for home practice. Priceless!
