Intuitive Unwind - Community Practice

After you have been introduced to the foundation of this practice (i.e. attended private or group intro course), you are invited to join these weekly community classes. A basic understanding of somatic movement theory and practice is required so we can spend more time in our bodies and less in our heads during these weekly classes. If you are new here, schedule yourself into a private or community intro course first. Reach out to Joy if you need more info. Expect a brief check-in, 40 min. guided movement and time in debrief for integration and community learning. Strengthen your ability to tune in to your sensations and gain confidence in your ability to move and unwind intuitively with a weekly community practice. Gain integrated strength as you explore and expand your movement patterns. Continue to experience mindfulness in motion, inner calm and find even more resiliency. Note this practice is informed by SomaSensing TM Somatic Movement Therapy and Somatic Groundwork TM.
Private Sessions: Please provide 24 hours notice to reschedule. Private In-person: Due to current Covid 19 precautions, there is no fee for same day cancellation. Please provide as much notice as possible by text or email. Group Classes: No refunds, exchanges, or credit for missed classes.
