Release stored stress and tension during this community conscious connected breathwork journey. Take this opportunity to access, acknowledge, and possibly release material that gets stored in our bodies. You will explore what lies beneath the surface and let go in the supportive container of community of fellow 'breathers'. This is an intimate event with space if limited to 15 participants - no experience necessary - some precautions apply (see below). Session includes the use of Indigenous medicines (i.e. sage etc), music, drumming, and light touch with permission. Opening intention circle, 60 min guided & supported breathwork session, integration time, closing circle with snack/tea. Note that group sessions can be very powerful are not suitable for those currently experiencing; - Major psychological disturbances (i.e. PTSD or Bi-Polar Disorder, Identity Disorders) - Glaucoma - Heart conditions (i.e. uncontrolled blood pressure) - Kidney disease Those experiencing these conditions may benefit from private, customized, slower-paced sessions to ensure adequate co-regulation and safety. Cancellation Policy

Private Sessions: Please provide 48 hours notice. $50 fee if less than 24 hours notice. Group Sessions/Events: No refunds, exchanges, or credit for missed sessions. With notice and if your spot can be filled with a waitlist, a partial refund may be provided.
