Meet your host, Joy Onyschak
As a trauma-informed somatic guide and nervous system coach, Joy helps people with nervous system regulation, weaving somatic movement, breathwork & circle into unique classes, courses, 1:1 sessions & intimate retreats.
Joy grew up in the Pembina Valley, and spent a great deal of time on this property that belonged to her late Uncle. Her & her husband, Matt, restored it in the fall of 2021 with the intention of hosting others so they can experience the benefits of quiet, connection and slowing down.
